In our practice this looks like full transparency, sliding scale or service exchange options for payment, and personalized services available both virtually and in-person.

For those of us in Queer and racialized bodies, spiritual self-care is especially important, and can be a beautiful catalyst to unlearning and inner-connectivity. Let us celebrate our capacity for growth, joy and knowledge.
